The item that permanently increases your maximum health in The Blood of Dawnwalker is known as the Razkovniche Elixir. It’s a reward from a quest that’s aptly called The Hedgehog Herb. To start the quest, head over to the southern part of the world map, all the way to an abandoned settlement called Oghasti. It’s close enough to one of the Scouting Towers, too.

Upon arriving at Oghasti, you’ll notice several houses in various states of disrepair. Inside one of the houses, there’s a corpse of a man. Activate Focus Mode and do the following:
Pick up or interact with objects like the seedbox and Razkovniche Potion recipe. There’s also a Watering Can outside the hut.
If it’s daytime, use your Astral Communion power to compel the spirit of the dead alchemist. Pick the Watering Can and the Razkovniche Potion Recipe so the spirit divulges more details.

Waiting for the Razkovniche Plant to grow
For the next part of The Blood of Dawnwalker Hedgehog Herb quest, simply inspect the ceramic pot on the bench. Then, plant the Razkovniche Seed and give it a few drops of your blood. This costs 1x Time Segment.
You now have to wait for one full day to pass–i.e. if it’s currently noon (daytime at two pips), then you have to return the next noon. The plant will have grown by then, allowing you to harvest it. This also causes a Vidmo specter to spawn, so be sure to destroy it.
Just a drop of blood ought to do it.
How to craft the Razkovniche Elixir
You have a couple of options to make the Razknovniche Elixir:
This can be crafted by Coen, though it requires 1x Time Segment.
Alternatively, you can return to Anca at the Crossroads Inn. She can then make the brew for you. This also costs 1x Time Segment.
