Aniimo codes can help you buy items to alter the stats or appearance of your adorable (only occasionally intimidating) Aniimo companions, or just straight up give you the items to do so. Whatever gift codes contain, they’re free! So even if you don’t need the rewards right now, it’s best to redeem Aniimo codes as soon as pawsible, before they expire and your rewards are gone furever.

Aniimo codes are redeemed in-game from the settings menu, which is accessed from the main phone menu. You also need to complete “Chasing The Clouds” with Dr. Lewis to unlock the in-game mail menu to receive your rewards, though.
To save you getting lost in the tabs, here’s step-by-step instructions on how to redeem codes in Aniimo:
Press ESC to bring up the phone main menu
Click the cog symbol in the column on the right to go to Settings
Select the Account tab on the left
Click the Gift Code Redemption option
Input the code and press Redeem
Open your in-game mail in the Esc menu
Press “Claim” to receive rewards
Your reward will then be sent to your in-game mailbox. It should show up right away, but the message can take a few minutes to appear. If you haven’t received your rewards after five minutes, try fast travelling to another area. If that still doesn’t work, restart the game and check your in-box again after your log in.
What’s the best item to get from codes?

There’s usually a clear winner when it comes to items and currencies dished out via codes when it comes to live service games like Aniimo, but seeing as Aniimo isn’t a gacha anymore the best items you get from codes is a little more subjective.
Aniipod Ultras guarantee a 100% catch rate with Elite potential for any catchable Aniimo, and they’re one of the pricier items, so they’re always welcome. Likewise if a Sparkling Cube or Prismana Orb ever shows up in codes, they guarantee a shiny Perfect potential, and rare Prismana form Aniimo, respectively. These two are even rarer than Aniipod Ultras, so if you ever see a code including one of these two Aniipod variants, make sure you redeem them before they expire!
Glimmer is the best currency to get, as it can be exchanged for a lot of helpful items, including Aniipod Ultras, Primegy (your daily stamina currency), and items to customize your player character and Aniimo. Otherwise, eggs are always nice, as even if you already have Aniimo included in an egg’s specific hatching pool, there’s always the chance it could be a rarer variant with better stats.
