New battle pass and more weapons
Season 6 includes a brand-new battle with two new weapons. Several more weapon attachments will also become available throughout the season.
Spooky events
The Doom Slayer arrives to Call of Duty
There are a few Halloween-themed events included with The Haunting this year. Most notably, there is a major Doom crossover event starting on September 24. This includes several cosmetics themed around the Doom franchise, including the “Doom Slayer” new operator unlock and “Doom Guy” operator skins. This event includes both free and paid event tracks, and Call of Duty’s event passes are typically $10.
The Forbidden Summoning event takes place on Avalon in Black Ops 7’s Endgame mode. There’s also a Camo Party event across all game modes, and this will be available later in the season for unlocking camos and a new melee weapon.
More multiplayer maps and modes
Quantum MP map
This final season adds the following two maps into rotation:

Quantum arrives at launch as a brand-new, 6v6 map, and this takes place at a Guild facility in the arctic.
Bloodstead arrives at launch as a spooky variant of the 6v6 Homestead map, adding new decor, gore, and even zombies around the perimeter.

For game modes, Season 6 launches with T.E.D.D. Trials, which brings three Zombies maps into multiplayer. In this mode, players must fight off the enemy team and wield the Ray Gun while also cycling through a random set of five T.E.D.D. Trials. The first team to reach the score limit or have the most score by the time limit wins.
Hordepoint returns to Call of Duty. This is The Hauntings spin on the Hardpoint game mode, which adds zombies to kill in addition to the objective to capture the and hold the marked locations. When the Hardpoint is neutral, the zombies will attack both teams. When one team controls the objective, the zombies will join them and only attack the opposing team, making Hardpoint control critical to success.
Freeze Tag also returns this season. This is a 6v6 respawn mode where teams compete to freeze the enemy while fighting to also keep their teammates in the fight.
Zombies maps and modes
Season 6 of Zombies mode
The Zombies storyline concluded with last season’s Rex Infernus map, but players can still expect the Tenshu survival map, which takes place within a confined section of the Kowakujo map.
The season also launches with the Rex Infernus Starting Room map. This lets players see how long they can survive in the starting area of the map with limited resources.
Additionally, Directed mode arrives for the Rex Infernus map, allowing players to have guidance for completing the otherwise hidden story quest.
Zombies Super Easter egg confirmed
Treyarch has confirmed there will be a super Easter egg for Black Ops 7, meaning that players who complete all of the main story quests will receive additional rewards. The full details weren’t provided for this, but the developer teased it would include “access to The Warden” as an unlockable operator.
Warzone
Haunted Hollow’s ghost train
Spooky season arrives in Warzone with a nighttime variant of Haven’s Hollow, and this new version is called Haunted Hollow. The developer teases new discoveries, updated and themed POIs, spooky creatures, and a ghost train.
Giant Infected is a large-scale version of Call of Duty’s Infected mode, with 64 players dropping into matches on Haunted Hollow.
