To obtain the Sword of St. Mihai in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you have to complete a quest called A Monk and a Saint. But before you can even start it, you must tackle Anca’s Echoes of Silenced Bells quest. She’ll then divulge the location of a monk named Albertus.
Albertus’ home is full of scribbled glyphs.

The Blood of Dawnwalker Monk and a Saint quest requires you to head to the Middens. It’s the slums in the western outskirts of Svartrau City. The place is crawling with undead dogs, so watch out.
Also, keep your eyes peeled for glyphs on walls. Keep Focus Mode active until you see a house that’s covered entirely in glyphs. Inside, you’ll find Albertus who seems to be in an addled state.
Your goal now is to provide the correct responses about St. Mihai’s legend. Here are the right answers:

There’s a corpse next to a wall. Investigate this scene and use up 1x Time Segment. You’ll learn about St. Mihai’s memorial stone in the courtyard.
Head back topside and go to the garden with the stone cross.
While facing the cross, interact with the third memorial stone from the left. Coen will move the block, revealing a hidden passageway. This action costs 1x Time Segment.
Investigate the tunnels beneath the well to discover a clue about St. Mihai’s crypt.

You now have to fight St. Mihai himself in the catacombs. He has rapid, unblockable attacks whenever he lunges. He also covers the area in a thick fog, and he follows through with a flanking strike.
With Mihai defeated, you can go ahead and loot the, uh, Broken Sword of St. Mihai. And if it’s still daytime, you can compel Mihai’s spirit. Pick up the Worn Sheathe and the Broken Chains to learn about what truly happened to him.
Finishing off St. Mihai is a mercy.
